How do I keep my Canelé fresh?

On the day of receiving your Canelé, they can be kept at room temperature. If they can’t be consumed over night, please keep them in the fridge. To crisp up the Canelé, preheat oven at 400°F/200°C, then place Canelé in for 5-10 mins after the oven comes to temperature. All ovens are different, so keep an eye on them. The butter on the Canelé exterior will create small bubbles. Remove from heat and let it cool down before consuming.

If stored properly, Canelés can last up to 5 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen up to 3 weeks, wrapped securely with cling wrap and freezer bag. Preheat oven at 400°F/200°C, then place Canelé in for 12-15 mins after the oven comes to temperature. All ovens are different, so keep an eye on them.
