We strive to display as accurately as possible the products available for sale on our website. All our products are handmade, so not all are identical. The photos that you see on our website will depend on your monitor and settings. Hence we cannot guarantee that the colour of products or features of the product will appear exactly the same as the image you see displayed on the website.

PRICING:

Bakari Bakehouse has the right to change pricing. Unless indicated, all prices on the website are in CANADIAN dollars.

The shipping cost for delivery is extra and the rate will be presented at the final stage of checkout. The customer can select the preferred shipping option and the rates depend on the package's destination, size and weight.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail ONLY with full order details to be accepted. The cancellation must be placed by 10pm on the day of purchase. No refund will be made after this cut off time. All sales will be final.

Refunds will be made only to the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Bakari Bakehouse will honor a change or cancellation made by the customer if the package is still in preparation and not turned over to the delivery company. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

All sales are final if the package has been turned over to the delivery company. 

QUALITY AND ALLERGIES:

Bakari Bakehouse guarantees that its products are made following strict quality control rules and Canadian hygiene standards.

Customers need to follow storage and consumption advice. Some products that are more perishable are only available for local customers in Lethbridge Alberta. All our products are sealed and packaged with care. 

Bakari Bakehouse cannot warrant its products if they are not kept in the recommended storage or if they are not consumed by their “best before” date. 

Bakari Bakehouse uses nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and alcohol. For any concerns, please contact us before purchase. Bakari Bakehouse does not take any responsibility for allergies.

PAYMENT:

By ordering products from this website, you authorize Bakari Bakehouse and its agents or other credit card processing vendors to charge your credit card for the applicable fees. If Bakari Bakehouse does not receive payment from the card issuer, orders will not be processed.

Bakari Bakehouse has the right to refuse to accept or fulfill any order upon reasonable notice.
