ALMOND ORANGE
These canelés are infused with aromatic orange rind, Indian spice and sweet nuttiness of almond. The delicate interior custard is wrapped in a caramelized crust.

NUTELLA
Our nutty Nutella Canelés are filled with rich hazelnut chocolate Nutella filling in a vanilla custard interior and caramelized crust. Our Canelés have just enough sugar to highlight the flavours of the ingredients and never too sweet.

Our Canelés are all handmade with simple quality ingredients, using modern techniques. What sets our Canelés apart is our omission of the traditional use of beeswax that leaves a waxy mouth feel and does not contain alcohol. This aromatic French dessert makes great gifts to yourself and loved ones.

Each Canelé is approximate 2" x 1.75". Our Canelés are handmade, so exact size may vary slightly.
PRODUCTION
Our Canelés are all made fresh, so it requires a 3 day lead time. We produce our baked goods at our facility in Lethbridge Alberta, that only service Bakari Bakehouse products.

Currently only servicing Canada. Shipping time line between 2-7 days from Lethbridge Alberta.
